Borghese gallery & Villa Borghese

It is one of the most important Art Galleries in the city of Rome, with works by Caravaggio, Gian Lorenzo Bernini, Antonio Canova and Raphael on display. Initially it was just the large Villa within the bourgeois estate, then in 1902 the museum was inaugurated, bringing all the works owned by the family to the main floor of the villa. It is one of the busiest places in the city,  to get an entry ticket you have to book it months in advance. Nearby there is an immense green park called Villa Borghese one of the top 5 parks in Rome due to Its geographical position and activities offered. It is directly connected to Piazza del Popolo and the National Muse.
